Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High order volume during sales or holidays

Sadebra Radiance Luxe is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Check with your local post office or carrier.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

Because skincare products are used on the skin and must remain sanitary, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

However, we ALWAYS prioritize your satisfaction.
Below is our luxury-brand, customer-friendly policy:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may receive a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your package was lost during transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was never delivered (confirmed by carrier investigation

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

We will gladly resolve the issue promptly.

Not Eligible for Refund

To protect product integrity and safety:
❌ Opened, used, or partially used products
❌ Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
❌ Items returned without approval
❌ “Change of mind” requests after the product has been shipped

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for a return within 7 days, minus:

Shipping cost
A small restocking fee (8–12%) to maintain hygiene and quality control

(If you prefer no restocking fee, tell me and I’ll remove it.)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong items shipped
